How do I get an LA-UR for recorded presentations?
Answer
You will login to RASSTI like normal and fill out the appropriate metadata and distribution fields. The presenter can submit a PDF slide deck with written script for review in RASSTI and, as long as they don’t deviate from the script, that is sufficient. They could also submit a PDF slide deck or abstract to RASSTI of the presentation and provide the actual presentation media to their reviewers in whichever way they are comfortable (see these instructions for that workflow: https://lanl.libanswers.com/rassti/faq/297910). If the presentation will not be recorded, then regular presentation RASSTI workflows are okay with just the PDF slide deck going through for approval.
