How can I request DTIC documents?

As of January 2024, the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) cannot be used to search or request scans of DTIC documents and reports. This goes for all DTIC user accounts.
The best option for any DTIC requests is to send an email to dtic.belvoir.us.mbx.reference@mail.mil and request the report(s) in question, providing at the very least a identifying report number. DTIC's staff will respond with either a scanned copy of the requested report or a reason for why the request could not be fufilled. They would also tell you if there were any access restrictions on the report, such as it being a limited access report.
