Why can't I download standards from IHS Engineering Workbench?

The only way to download and view standards from IHS is using the Fileopen plugin. This requires a free Adobe Acrobat plug-in that "locks" the PDF file to the computer on which it was first opened. If you have admin rights on your computer, click here to download the plug-in.
Note that if you are on a Mac, you'll need to download the version for mac os 10.9+, not 12. Once you have downloaded the standard, you'll need to open the pdf in Adobe Acrobact Reader; the default Preview is incompatible with Fileopen which is why it looks as though downloading is unresponsive.
