Why can't I download standards from Accuris Engineering Workbench?

If you are having issues downloading standards from Accuris Engineering Workbench, check to see if you are using the Fileopen plugin. This requires a free Adobe Acrobat plug-in that "locks" the PDF file to the computer on which it was first opened. If you have admin rights on your computer, click here to download the plug-in <http://plugin.fileopen.com/all.aspx>. If you are still having technical issues downloading from Accuris Engineering Workbench, reach out to their Customer Care team at https://accuristech.com/contact/support/

Note: if you are on a Mac, you'll need to download the version for Mac OS 10.9+, not 12. Once you have downloaded the standard, you'll need to open the pdf in Adobe Acrobat Reader; the default preview is incompatible with Fileopen which is why it looks as though the download is unresponsive.
