Plutonium Handbook 2nd Edition
I recently went to the library in search of the Plutonium Handbook 2nd edition. The online catalog show it to be at:MAINPH TN799.P74 P55 2019
However, it does not appear to be on the shelves or on the Reference shelves. How do I check out a copy of the new Handbook?
