Why didn’t the resource I suggested get purchased?

We greatly value your resource recommendations, as it provides insight into the needs of various groups at LANL. All requests are subject to the Research Library’s available budget, and are evaluated in conjunction with the need to meet broad, sometimes competing needs across LANL. Even though the Research Library’s ability to add new items to the collection is limited by available budget, we encourage recommendations. Your recommendations are data that can help us build a case for increased resources to support ongoing information needs at the Lab.
