How do I get a Survey Monkey account?

Survey Monkey is a great application for creating surveys and available to our patrons to use. To create a a Survey Monkey account you will have to ask your DPR. Your DPR can access the NNSA Marketplace and select the ideal solutions BOA. There are several account types to select from. The point of contact is: Armijo, Maureen T at m_armijo@lanl.gov.
